STG Pre-University College is the realization of the vision of our chairman,
Shri. C S Puttaraju – an altruist who aims at providing state-of-the-art amenities right in the immediate surroundings at a very affordable price so that the native students need not have to look elsewhere for top-notch education in order to compete on a global level.

“ಉತ್ಕೃಷ್ಟತೆಯ ಅನ್ವೇಷಣೆ” ಎಂಬುದು ನಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠಿತ ಎಸ್ ಟಿ ಜಿ ಪದವಿ ಪೂರ್ವ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ಧ್ಯೇಯ ವಾಕ್ಯ. ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಸಂಸ್ಥಾಪಕರಾದ ಶ್ರೀಯುತ ಸಿ.ಎಸ್.ಪುಟ್ಟರಾಜುರವರ ಒಡೆತನದ ಎಸ್ ಟಿ ಜಿ ಪದವಿ ಪೂರ್ವ ಕಾಲೇಜು ಮಂಡ್ಯ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆ,ಪಾಂಡವಪುರ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕು, ಚಿನಕುರಳಿ ಗ್ರಾಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಥಾಪಿತವಾಗಿದೆ.
2017-18 ನೇ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಸಾಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಅತ್ಯಾಧುನಿಕ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ 103 ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಂದ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾದ ಕಾಲೇಜು ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ 1500 ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ದಾಖಲಾತಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಾಧನೆ ಮಾಡಿದೆ.
ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಸಿ ಇ ಓ ಶಿವರಾಜು ಸಿ.ಪಿ.ರವರ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಅತ್ಯಾಧುನಿಕ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯಗಳು, ಕಲಿಕೆಗೆ ಪೂರಕವಾದ ಉತ್ತಮ ವಾತಾವರಣ ಹಾಗೂ ಅನುಭವಿ ಉಪನ್ಯಾಸಕರ ತರಬೇತಿಯ ಫಲವಾಗಿ ದ್ವಿತೀಯ ಪಿಯುಸಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಲೇಜು ಪ್ರತೀ ವರ್ಷ ಶೇಖಡಾ 100% ಫಲಿತಾಂಶ ಪಡೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವುದು ಪರಿಶ್ರಮಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂದ ಫಲ.
ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬ ಪೋಷಕರೂ ಸಹ ತಮ್ಮ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ, ಇಂಜಿನಿಯರಿಂಗ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಉನ್ನತ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದ ಕನಸು ಕಟ್ಟಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಈ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯು ತಮ್ಮದೇ ಒಡೆತನದ “ಎಸ್ ಟಿ ಜಿ ಅಕಾಡೆಮಿ”ಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಿ ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠಿತ ತರಬೇತುದಾರರನ್ನು ನೇಮಕ ಮಾಡಿ ನೀಟ್ , ಸಿಇಟಿ , ಜೆಇಇ ಹಾಗೂ ಇನ್ನಿತರೆ ಸ್ಫರ್ಧಾತ್ಮಕ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳ ತರಬೇತಿ ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಈ ಅವಕಾಶದಿಂದ ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಅನೇಕ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ವಿಭಾಗ , ಇಂಜಿನಿಯರ್ ವಿಭಾಗ ಹಾಗೂ ಇನ್ನಿತರೆ ಉನ್ನತ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದ ವಿಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠಿತ ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳಿಗೆ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾಗಿ ತಮ್ಮ ಭವಿಷ್ಯವನ್ನು ರೂಪಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದರ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಪೋಷಕರ ಕನಸನ್ನು ಸಾಕಾರಗೊಳಿಸಿರುವುದು ಕಾಲೇಜಿಗೆ ಹೆಮ್ಮೆಯ ವಿಷಯ.
ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹಿಸುವ ಸಲುವಾಗಿ, ದ್ವಿತೀಯ ಪಿಯುಸಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅತೀ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಅಂಕ ಗಳಿಸಿದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗೆ 10 ಗ್ರಾಂ ಚಿನ್ನದ ನಾಣ್ಯ ಹಾಗೂ ಉನ್ನತ ಶ್ರೇಣಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಉತ್ತೀರ್ಣರಾದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಅವರ ಪೋಷಕರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಅಭಿನಂದಿಸಿ ಗೌರವಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ.
ಇದಲ್ಲದೇ ಪ್ರತೀ ಉಪನ್ಯಾಸಕರು ತರಗತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತೀ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಯನ್ನು ಕೇಂದ್ರೀಕರಿಸಿ ವಿಷಯವನ್ನು ಅರ್ಥೈಸುವುದು, ಪ್ರತೀ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆಯೂ ಕಾಳಜಿ ವಹಿಸಿ ಕಲಿಸುವುದು ಹಾಗೂ ಕಲಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಿಂದುಳಿದ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕವಾಗಿ ಗಮನವಹಿಸಿ ಪ್ರಗತಿ ತರುವುದು ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ವಿಶೇಷತೆಯಾಗಿದೆ.
ಇದಲ್ಲದೇ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದ ಜೊತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕ್ರೀಡೆ, ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ವಿಷಯಗಳಿಗೆ ಮಹತ್ವ ನೀಡಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಪ್ರತಿಭೆಗೆ ಅವಕಾಶ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದರಿಂದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಕ್ರೀಡೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಮಟ್ಟವನ್ನು ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಸಿ ಕಾಲೇಜಿಗೆ ಕೀರ್ತಿ ತಂದಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ.
ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಹಿತದೃಷ್ಠಿಯಿಂದ ಅತ್ಯಾಧುನಿಕ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯಗಳು , ಪೌಷ್ಠಿಕ ಆಹಾರ , ಸ್ವಚ್ಚತೆ ಒಳಗೊಂಡಂತೆ ಬಾಲಕ ಹಾಗೂ ಬಾಲಕಿಯರ ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿನಿಲಯವನ್ನು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಗಮನ ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ.
ಇದಲ್ಲದೇ ಎಸ್ ಟಿ ಜಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯು ಪೂರ್ವ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕಶಾಲೆ, ಎಸ್ ಟಿ ಜಿ ಪಬ್ಲಿಕ್ ಶಾಲೆ, ಹಾಗೂ ಎಸ್ ಟಿ ಜಿ ಪ್ರಥಮ ದರ್ಜೆ ಕಾಲೇಜನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದು, ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟದ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ನೀಡುವಲ್ಲಿ ಸಹಕಾರಿಯಾಗಿದೆ.
ಎಸ್ ಟಿ ಜಿ ಪಬ್ಲಿಕ್ ಶಾಲೆಯು ಸಿಬಿಎಸ್ಇ ಪಠ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಆಧರಿಸಿದ್ದು, ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಸ್ಮಾರ್ಟ್ ಬೋರ್ಡ್ ತರಗತಿಯ ಮೂಲಕ ಬೋಧನೆ, ರೋಬೋಟಿಕ್ಸ್ ತರಬೇತಿ ನೀಡುವುದರ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಪಠ್ಯೇತರ ವಿಷಯಗಳಾದ ಈಜು, ಕರಾಟೆ, ಬ್ಯಾಸ್ಕೆಟ್ ಬಾಲ್, ಸಂಗೀತ, ಡ್ರಾಮಾ, ನೃತ್ಯ ತರಬೇತಿಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸೃಜನಾತ್ಮಕ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯ ಬೆಳೆಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಂದಾಗಿದೆ.
ಅಂತರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಪದ್ಧತಿ ಅರಿಯುವ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ,: ಅಮೇರಿಕಾದ ಸಾಗಿನಾವ ವ್ಯಾಲಿ ಯೂನಿವರ್ಸಿಟಿ” ಯೊಂದಿಗೆ “ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ವಿನಿಮಯ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ” ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಒಪ್ಪಂದಕ್ಕೆ ಎಸ್ ಟಿ ಜಿ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯು ಸಹಿ ಹಾಕಿದ್ದು, ಸಾಗಿನಾವ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಅಮೇರಿಕಾದ ಸಾಗಿನಾವ ವ್ಯಾಲಿ ಯೂನಿವರ್ಸಿಟಿಗೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸುವ ಒಂದು ಮಹತ್ಕಾರ್ಯವನ್ನು ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಿದೆ.
